When Can You Request a Return or Refund?
1. Wrong Product Received
- If you get a different product than what you ordered, you can return or exchange it.
- Proof Needed: An unboxing video is required for verification.
2. Manufacturing Defect
- If the product has a defect, we will replace it or provide a refund.
- Proof Needed: A video showing the defect is required.
3. Damaged Product
- If your product arrives damaged, send us an unboxing video within 12 hours of delivery.
- We will resolve the issue immediately.
Note: If your return reason is not listed above, you may still be eligible for a refund, but we will deduct shipping and handling costs.
How to Cancel or Return an Order?
✅ Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order within 12 hours after placing it.
- Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
✅ Received the Wrong Product?

- Return the product unused, with original packaging & accessories, within 24 hours.
- You can choose a refund or exchange.
✅ Product Damaged in Transit
- If your item is broken or damaged during delivery, send us an unboxing video within 12 hours.
- We will resolve the issue quickly.
Shipping Costs for Returns
📌 Within India
- 0-500 gm: ₹100
- 500-999 gm: ₹150
- 1-2 kg: ₹250
- Above 2 kg: ₹250 + ₹125 per extra kg
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
📌 For International Orders
- Refunds cover product cost only.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
